Decap Turbo — Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-24.

1. Free plan

The Free plan has no payment associated with it, so there’s nothing to refund.

2. Paid plans and add-ons

Pro and Enterprise plans, along with any add-ons, are billed via Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds for every transaction.

3. Refund policy

All refunds are governed entirely by Paddle’s Refund Policy. We don’t apply any additional conditions, review, or discretion on top of that policy — Paddle determines refund eligibility and processes all refunds directly.

4. How to request a refund

Request a refund directly through Paddle.net or by contacting Paddle support, which handles the transaction as merchant of record. You can also reach us via our contact page if you need help locating your transaction, and we’ll point you to the right place.

5. Downgrades and cancellations

Downgrading or canceling takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we don’t prorate mid-cycle downgrades. Canceling stops future charges but doesn’t retroactively refund the current period — any refund for the current period is subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy linked above.
